Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If work on the project has not yet commenced.
If the initial concept or design is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no acceptable justification is provided.
If the delivered work is substantially different from what was agreed upon in the project scope, and no reasonable revisions can resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If the project has been completed and delivered.
If the client fails to communicate for 15 consecutive days during the project timeline.
If the client requests a refund based on a change of mind or shift in business direction after work has commenced.
If delays are caused by client-side issues, including incomplete content, feedback, or approvals.
If the client cancels the project after it has started but before final delivery, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed up to that point. Administrative or setup fees may be non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
We offer a fixed number of free revisions (as defined in the project agreement). Requests beyond this may incur additional charges.
Revisions must fall within the scope of the original project brief.
If a payment dispute is raised via the payment gateway or bank, we reserve the right to suspend ongoing work or services until the matter is resolved.
